Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli inaugurated the 18-storey view tower built in Damak Municipality-3 of Jhapa on Sunday. This tower was built in Damak in Oli's constituency.
In the year 2076, Oli laid the foundation stone of this tower during his second term. He inaugurated this tower, which is said to be the tallest in the country, during his third term as Prime Minister.
1 billion 56 million 14 lakh rupees have been spent to build this grand structure named 'Damak Business Complex'. It is said that the tower, which has been constructed under the leadership of the Ministry of Urban Development, will be cooperated with private companies for operation.
According to Gopal Prasad Sigdel, the secretary of the ministry, some entry fee will be kept for the management of the tower, and there is a plan to give a lease contract to the company for operation.
