Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has returned home after completing a 4-day official visit to China. Prime Minister Oli landed at Tribhuvan International Airport at 2.30 pm on Thursday.

Chinese Deputy Foreign Minister Sun Beidong told Prime Minister Oli  Said goodbye at Beijing Capital International Airport. Prime Minister Oli went to Beijing leading the Nepali delegation on November 17 at the friendly invitation of his Chinese counterpart Li Qiang.

While in Beijing, Prime Minister Oli met with Chinese President Xi Jinping. Had done . On the occasion of the meeting, Nepal-China relations as well as various issues of bilateral interest and interest were discussed between them. During the visit, various agreements were reached between Nepal and China in the presence of Prime Minister Oli and Chinese counterpart Lee. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, an agreement on mutual cooperation was signed after bilateral talks between the Prime Ministers of both countries.

The MoU between Nepal and China regarding the construction of the Tokha-Chhare tunnel has been signed and exchanged by the officials of both countries. Likewise, a Memorandum of Understanding on Nepal-China trade promotion has been signed. China has completed the reconstruction of Nautle Palace in Basantpur, Kathmandu. The certificate has been exchanged .

In addition, it is said that there has been an agreement on the protocol regarding the export of buffalo meat to China. Likewise, agreements and memorandums of understanding regarding development projects, financial and technical support and cash support have been signed. On the occasion of the visit, an agreement on volunteer Chinese language teachers and an agreement on communication technology were signed between Nepal Television and China Media Group.

On this occasion, various important agreements have been signed between Nepal and China including the BRI framework. It is said that there was a conversation between them about bringing more tourists from China to Nepal in 2025. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Oli has invited the Chinese Prime Minister to visit Nepal. It is said that a positive statement has been received from the Chinese Prime Minister. 

The Nepalese delegation led by Prime Minister Oli included his wife Radhika Shakya, Foreign Minister Arju Rana Deuba, Prime Minister's Chief Advisor Bishnu Prasad Rimal, Prime Minister's Economic and Development Advisor Yuvraj Khatiwada, parliamentarians, government officials of special rank, private sector representatives and media persons among others.
