4 people have been arrested for betting in Nepal Premier League. The police have arrested 4 Indian nationals on the charge of online betting in the NPL, which has been going on at the Trivi International Cricket Ground Kirtipur since last Saturday.

Central Investigation Bureau of Police (CIB) Spokesperson SP  According to Hovindra Bogti, in the NPL  They have been arrested for engaging in betting from the University cricket ground through online betting apps such as Sports Betting and Probo.

Bogti has informed that further investigation is being conducted against them for the crime of not betting. Suman Ghosh of Kolkata, Amit Yadav of Uttar Pradesh Kanpur, Sumant Kumar and Brajesh Kumar of Bihar Saharsa are among those arrested.

SP Bogti said that the four people were arrested from the Trivi cricket ground. The police also said that 4 Indian Aadhaar cards and 6 mobile phones were recovered from them.
