Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that the trend of baking politics within culture is wrong. Prime Minister Oli said that it is not appropriate to introduce politics into the original culture and tradition of Nepal while understanding the attention letter given by the 'Nepal Samvat New Dayan 1145 Ceremony Committee' on Monday at the Prime Minister's Residence, Baluwatar.
Prime Minister Oli said, 'If politics and the economy deteriorate, it can be raised in a few years. But if there is a decline in culture, it may take years to recover. We should be aware of this.'

, the chairman of the committee and former minister Rajendra Shrestha demanded that the decision taken by the Council of Ministers on 27th October 2080 to use Nepal Samvat as the language of government work should be directed for implementation at all levels and agencies. He requested to use Nepal Samvat in the notes to be issued by Rashtra Bank and to celebrate 'Nepal Day' in the new year of Nepal Samvat in Nepali Missions abroad.
Rashtriya Bibhuti Shankhadhar Sakhwa: President Gyanram Shrestha of the Foundation suggested to arrange monitoring of the use of Nepal Samvat in government agencies. The government declared Sakhwa a national monument in 2065.
This year Nepal Samvat 1145 Kachlathwa Paru is being celebrated on 17th of October. On that day, in the morning, there will be a wreath-laying at Sakhwa's statue at Madhyapur Thimi in Bhaktapur and a special program will be held at Vasantpur in Kathmandu. The ceremony committee and the establishment have invited Prime Minister Oli to be the chief guest at the event. Former ministers Krishna Gopal Shrestha, Dilip Maharjan, leaders Hitkarveer Singh Kanshakar, Malla K Sundar, Professor Nareshman Bajracharya and others were present on the occasion.
