Chairman of the Maoist Center, Pushpa Kamal Dahal, has said that the various parties that have been formed separately from the Maoist Party in the past should be concentrated in one place. He has said that he will take the initiative to unite the Maoist parties until the 2084 House of Representatives elections.

In a program held in Chitwan on Saturday, President Dahal said that those who had been divided by the party in the past should be united. 'Be it Biplavji's or any other currents separated from the Maoist movement, we are the streams that flow from the same school, from the same main stream. We all have to be focused in one place. What history and science also say is that different currents and trends born from the same school and mainstream are united when they reach one another,' Dahal said, 'They are united. Now the time has come, until we reach 2084, only by uniting this movement, the seeds of socialism can be planted according to the people's expectations. I believe that the production bases of socialism can be prepared.' 

Dahal said that in order to make the Maoists achieve the same achievements as in the 2064 election, the Maoists should become united before the next election. He also said that he had taken a resolution to bring good results in the upcoming elections and he was determined to fulfill it. He also said that in order to prepare the production base of socialism, there is no option to unite all the parties that have separated from the Maoist line.

Dahal said that he will move forward for unity by being flexible. "I also want to express my belief that this commitment expressed in front of you will be fulfilled by going to unity with a big chest," Dahal said.
