Foreign Minister Dr. Arju Rana Deuba has said that the government is doing its best for the release of Nepali student Vipin Joshi who is under the control of Hamas group.
Joshi's father Mahanand Joshi and his family members were informed by Minister Dr. Rana. The family members of Vipin Joshi, including his father, met Foreign Minister Dr. Rana in his office today and appealed to him to initiate the release of Vipin Joshi.
In that meeting, Minister Dr. Rana said that she got the information that Joshi was safe under the control of Hamas group. in Israel After the attack, Minister Dr. Rana informed that everyone who was detained including Vipin Joshi was being protected by the Hamas group and that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was doing its best for his safe release.
Minister Dr. Rana said, 'Recently, I also got information from the Israeli ambassador to Nepal about his condition . He has told me that he got the information that those who were arrested after that attack are safe in the group of Hamas. The Israeli ambassador has also called for Joshi's release. We are working hard for his release . Hopefully, he will be safely released from control .'
She gave the information that she has been trying to do what can be done for the release of Bipin since she became the foreign minister and requested all the foreign ambassadors who came to meet her to take the necessary support and initiative from their place for the release of Bipin.
Earlier, when the President of Qatar was visiting Nepal, Minister Dr. Rana recalled that the Nepalese government had asked for an initiative for the release of Vipin, and informed that she would request the Qatari government for the necessary support and initiative. Vipin Joshi, who was under their control after the attack by the Hamas group in Israel last October, has been out of touch until now.
