Even though his party is in the government, Madhav Kumar, president of United Samajwadi Party (S), participated in the meeting to form an alternative alliance of opposition parties on Thursday. On the one hand, in the power equation, on the other hand, Nepal seems to be in a hurry by participating in the meeting of the opposition camp.

President Nepal went to Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal several times with complaints. He has complained that he did not help the Far West government led by S to complete it, did not participate in his party under the leadership of UML in Karnali and Koshi, ignored political appointments, did not consult him while taking important decisions of the government, etc. An official of S said that even though Prime Minister Dahal gave a positive answer in the meeting, he did not pay attention to addressing the complaints.

Nepal's violence often starts when their grievances are not addressed. Then he starts publicly criticizing Dahal and UML president KP Sharma Oli. These two activities target the leaders.

On Wednesday, he crossed the line of power equation and reached Budhanilkanth, the residence of Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba, to participate in the meeting of opposition party Congress, Janata Samajwadi Nepal and Democratic Socialist. Saroj Kumar Yadav, Chief Minister of Jaspa in Madhesh Province, indicated that Nepal is in favor of another option to Oli and Dahal by participating in the meeting called regarding the vote of confidence.

Even though UML and Maoists left the Madhesh government, S is still in the government. Oli and Dahal have taken it as meaning that S remains in the Madhesh government and keeps the option of this equation open. But by participating in the meeting of the opposition camp on Wednesday, Nepal visibly challenged the power equation. Both Oli and Dahal are dissatisfied with Nepal's activities in order to strengthen the policy of breaking the equation of parties including the main opposition Congress. A leader near Nepal said that the Unified Socialists are only technically in the government. "Between KP Oli's arrogance and Prachanda's (Dahal) neglect, he has to stay in the government," said the leader, "currently there is no option to leave the power equation, it is painful to stay." And Urban Development Minister Dhan Bahadur Budha has two ministers. There are 10 MPs in the House of Representatives and 8 MPs in the National Assembly. According to the sources, the majority of parliamentarians are in favor of strengthening this power equation, which is dominated by the left. "Even if Madhavji looks for an alternative to the equation, we are not in favor of going to Bahamut Neta," said an MP from S.

Nepal On Wednesday, the day after Deuba Niwas went to Baluwatar, senior leader of S Jhalnath Khanal went to Baluwatar to meet Prime Minister Dahal on Thursday morning. He asked him not to have any doubts as S is in favor of strengthening this equation. "The party has formally decided to strengthen this equation," he pointed towards President Nepal and said, "It is unhealthy to participate in the meeting of the opposition party by staying in this equation, the equation does not change if a person wants it."

There was a discussion between Dahal and Khanal about not doing activities that would create suspicion between the parties in the equation. Dahal, in his meeting with Khanal, expressed his displeasure with Nepal's activities of participating in opposition party meetings, expressing dissatisfaction with the equation and protesting. 'Why is Madhavji not trying to lean towards the opposition?' was Dahal's question.  According to

sources, Dahal called Nepal on Thursday morning and warned them not to do such activities. Nepal, on the other hand, complained that the role of their party was neglected. In a brief conversation with journalists after a public event in Biratnagar on Thursday, Dahal claimed that Nepal is not in favor of another equation. "Madhavaji's behavior seemed to connect with the opposition and the ruling party for a while," Dahal said, "This morning (Thursday) Madhavaji has made it clear that he is not out of the current equation and will not be." According to the leader, Nepal wants to implement the agreement to make the Prime Minister in the previous alliance in the current alliance as well. Although there is a theoretical agreement between Dahal and Oli to lead the government in turn, the time period has not been made public.

'Madhav Nepal will happily appreciate this equation if he promises to become the prime minister even for 6 months before the 2084 election,' a leader close to Dahal said, 'According to the party's position, KP Oli can become the prime minister, but there is no possibility of becoming the prime minister of Nepal.'

S Vice President Veduram Bhusal said that the dissatisfaction came out because of the imbalance in the equation. He said that he was afraid to complete the government led by his party in the Far West, did not participate in the Karnali and Koshi governments and there was no practical understanding even in other political appointments. Some doubts have arisen because it has not been implemented.'

According to a leader of S, bitterness with Oli is also one of the reasons why Nepal is dissatisfied. The bitterness that started after the split of the UML has not been erased even when it remains in the same equation and in the government last February. After the new equation, Oli went to his residence in Nepal and said that there would be respectful cooperation, but since then he has been satirizing Nepal. Nepal has the understanding that Oli is going to divide S and merge it into UML. That's why he has been saying from time to time that he will not bow down to anyone, and will not tolerate anyone's insults.

UML Propaganda Department Head Rajendra Gautam said that it is wrong to publicly criticize Nepal while remaining in the equation. "If you don't understand, you can discuss with the Prime Minister and come up with a solution," he said. "Madhavji is in a hurry to go on a directionless, motionless path instead of the equation," he said, "while he (Nepal) has signed to make this equation sustainable."

Jaspa president Upendra Yadav said that in the discussion held at Deuba residence Budhanilkanth on Wednesday, the issue of Madhesh province and the central government was discussed. "The opposition has been discussed on how to stand together." Does this mean an attempt to change the power coalition of the center? In response to the question, Yadav said, "The alliance is not something that cannot be changed and is not impossible." No government is permanent in nature in Nepal. But there is no immediate situation.'

In the Deuba Niwas meeting, Nepal gave an indication that it can help the government outside the central coalition when looking for an alternative to the current Chief Minister Yadav in Madhesh. According to the source, Nepal's argument was that it would be easy to support SLE chief minister by his own party.
