An out-of-control EV microbus in Kathmandu collided with eight vehicles, resulting in the death of the driver and minor injuries to four people. The deceased has been identified as 57-year-old microbus driver Ramkrishna Awal.

He was originally from Lamjung and had been residing in Kapan, Kathmandu. According to police, he died during treatment following the accident.

SP Naresh Subedi of the Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office stated that four people sustained minor injuries in the accident. He added that an investigation into the incident is underway.
