A loud explosion was heard at the Nepal Army headquarters in Bhadrakali around 10 pm on Thursday. The team from the nearby District Police Complex, Kathmandu became alert. Military officers also started investigating the area.

‘We searched after hearing the noise several times. In the process, it was found that the groom had burst firecrackers,’ he told Kantipur, ‘We have called them to the office tomorrow for further questioning.’
