The Armed Police Force Nepal has seized 10 trucks carrying junk goods that were going out of the valley without the necessary documents.

According to Armed Police Force spokesperson DIG Netra Bahadur Karki, the trucks, which left Sanepa in Lalitpur on Tuesday evening based on a confidential information, were seized by the Armed Police Force Nepal Riot Control Regiment in the Ring Road area.

According to the police, a large quantity of junk goods were loaded in the seized trucks. Initial investigation has revealed that the trucks did not have the necessary documents.

The numbers of the seized trucks are Pra2-03-001 Kha 4738, Lu2 Kha 5105, Pra2-03-001 Kha 5619, Na5 Kha 6671, Na8 Kha 6253, Na7 Kha 998, Na6 Kha 9497, Ga2 Kha 539, Na6 Kha 561. The number of the other truck has not been disclosed.

The Armed Police Force has said that the process of sending the trucks to the Revenue Investigation Department, Harihar Bhavan for further investigation has been initiated.
