6 injured after car hits motorcycle

The injured are Gyansagar Lopchan, 22, of Makawanpur, the driver of motorcycle number Ba89Pa 6486, Babin Rai, 19, of Bhojpur, the rider on the back of the motorcycle, and Alice Baniya, 30, of Dhapakhel, the driver of motorcycle number Ba96Pa 3325.

Six people were injured when a private car (Ba14Cha 4820) hit a motorcycle near Bhatbhateni in Koteshwor, Kathmandu, on Monday. One person is in critical condition.

The injured are Gyansagar Lopchan, 22, a resident of Makawanpur and currently living in Gwarko, Lalitpur, the driver of the motorcycle (Ba89Pa 6486), Babin Rai, 19, a resident of Gwarko, Bhojpur, and Alice Baniya, 30, a resident of Dhapakhel, the rider of the motorcycle (Ba96Pa 3325). 

Similarly, the driver of the motorcycle (Ba Pra 02066 Pa 6107) is Sushil Shrestha, 18, of Swayambhu, Kathmandu, the passenger behind it is Rabi Chand, 21, of Badikedar Rural Municipality, Doti, currently residing in Satdobato, Lalitpur, and the driver of the motorcycle (Ba Pra 02041 Pa 8282) is Sudip Thapa, 22, of Manthali Municipality-3, Ramechhap, currently residing in Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur, informed Valley Traffic Police Spokesperson and Superintendent of Police Naresh Raj Subedi.

The injured have been sent to B&B Hospital for treatment, the Traffic Police said. The damaged vehicles and drivers of the cars have been kept at the Koteshwor Police Circle.
