The Supreme Court, the body that interprets the law, has been found to be non-compliant with the rules. The Supreme Court administration has stated that the rules were not followed during a surprise visit and ‘dress code’ monitoring by the court’s monitoring division on April 30. In the notice issued by the Supreme Court administration, it has been asked to enter the court only in the prescribed attire within the specified time and to perform and get the work done in a manner that does not cause complaints from the service recipients under the direction of the chief/chief of the specified branch.

In the random monitoring conducted that morning, it was found that the number of employees who entered the office after 9 am was 82 and 22 people (including those wearing jeans and T-shirts) were not wearing the prescribed attire. The number of people who were absent without permission/prior notice was 70. Similarly, during the random monitoring on April 20, it was found that nine people (who only attended in the morning and evening) were not in their offices.  The court has also stated that the complaints found during the monitoring will be recorded and that from now on, the attendance machine will not record attendance after 9:15 am and before 5 pm. The court has also stated that this work will continue continuously through the Monitoring Division.
