With the support of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, 28,842 cylinders of gas from 7 companies have been sold and distributed from various depots in the valley today.
Nepal Oil Corporation has distributed Everest Gas 4,250, Gauri Shankar Gas 4,250, Nepal Gas 10,300, Shree Gas 4,498, Siddhartha Gas 1,708, Sitashree Gas 3,422, and Surya Gas 2,661 to the depots today. The metropolis has provided assistance so that consumers can easily get those cylinders.
According to the spokesperson of the metropolis, Naveen Manandhar, the city police of the metropolis have assisted in the sale of the gas sent by the Oil Corporation to the depots today. The metropolis did not sell it itself.
