Targeting the House of Representatives elections, the Nepal Tourism Board has decided to provide free shuttle bus service for national and international air passengers on Thursdays. The service will operate between Tribhuvan International Airport and major hotels and tourist areas in the Kathmandu Valley from 5 am to 7 pm. The service will operate on three designated circular routes: Route 1: Nepal Airlines-New Road-Kantipath-Thamel-Lainchaur-Hotel Mall-Naya Bazaar-Hotel Shankar-Radisson-Durbar Marg-Yak & Yeti-Naxal (Nagpokhari)-Gaushala-Battisaputali (Dwarika Hotel)-Airport; Route 2: Maharajgunj-Narayanthan-Dhumbarahi (Ramada)-Chabahil-Bouddha (Hyatt Regency)-Jorpati-Gaushala-Airport; And under Route 3, Kupandol-Himalayan Hotel-Tripureshwor-Kalimati-Soalti-Kalanki-Ekantakuna-Satdobato-Gwarko (Royal Tulip)-Tikune-New Baneshwor-Everest Hotel-Airport, and each bus will provide service by repeating the same route.

For updated information regarding the route on the days of service operation, it has been requested to contact the contact person of the concerned route.

The board has made necessary arrangements to ensure that there is no inconvenience to the movement of tourists during the election period and has stated that international flights will continue to operate regularly.
