Nepal's Anurag Pangeni, who won third place in the 2025 International Youth Competition for Anti-Corruption Social Advertising, has been honored by the Russian Embassy in Kathmandu.

The Russian Embassy honored him by presenting him with a medal on Thursday at the embassy. 15-year-old Anurag came third in the 10-15 age group competition under the international competition titled 'Youth, Repair the Cracks in Society'.

Anurag's poster is one of the international entries for creative expression and a powerful message promoting honesty, accountability and social responsibility among youth, the Russian Embassy said, adding that it is a meaningful contribution to the global fight against corruption and an inspiring example of youth leadership's social engagement.

Presenting the medal provided by the organizers, Minister Counselor of the Russian Embassy Rinchen Rashev advised Anurag to continue being creative in the coming days. He said that the poster made by Anurag against corruption is a source of inspiration for youth around the world.
