Photojournalist Nabin Babu Gurung's solo drone photography exhibition has begun at the Nepal Tourism Board from Friday.
The three-day exhibition features photographs of villages, natural scenery and original festivals in various parts of Nepal that have tourism potential but have not been discussed.
The exhibition aims to present aerial views of tourist destinations and places awaiting publicity, and to present photos of villages and places that are popular in tourism, some of which are developing, and some that have strong tourism potential in the future, based on the concept of how these tourist areas look from a bird's eye view, said photojournalist Gurung.
The exhibition has been organized by PJ Club Nepal and Tamu Sancharami Sangha Nepal in collaboration with the Nepal Tourism Board.
The organizers claim that this is the first time such an exhibition of photographs taken using drone technology is being organized in Nepal. It is expected to highlight new dimensions of Nepali tourism and help attract domestic and foreign tourists.
