Former Nepal Law Campus President Bishnu Dhungel has been arrested on charges of burning the Supreme Court during the Gen-G movement.
Dhungel was arrested by the Valley Police Crime Investigation Office from Kathmandu on Wednesday. The Supreme Court was burned during a protest on Bhadra 24.
The police had started an investigation against four people on charges of arson at the Supreme Court.
Those arrested earlier are Kumar Parajuli alias Alex, Sushil Shrestha alias Brown, and Jyati Thapa Ghatani. Alex was arrested and investigated on charges of involvement in the vandalism of the Police Circle, Baneshwor, and it was revealed that he was also involved in the arson of the Supreme Court.
