Four Chinese nationals have been arrested on charges of being involved in suspicious activities in Mhepi, Kathmandu.
The Immigration Department has arrested three men, including a woman, said Immigration Department spokesperson Tikaram Dhakal. The department had received information that some teenagers were being kept there and were engaging in illegal activities. A team of the department then deployed took them into custody.
Two of the arrested persons were not found to have the necessary documents, while the police have also seized the passports of two of them. "We will extend the time limit for further investigation on Sunday and begin a detailed investigation," said Immigration Department spokesperson Dhakal.
