Three people have been arrested on charges of vandalizing and arson at the Kharipati Police Station and Jagati Police Circle during a protest on Bhadra 10.

DSP Prakash Jagebu, Information Officer of the District Police Range, Bhaktapur, informed that three people have been taken into custody on charges of involvement in the incident of vandalism and arson at the Police Circle Jagati in Suryabinayak Municipality-8 and the Police Division Kharipati in Changunarayan Municipality-7.

The arrested have been identified as Sudip Ghimire, 28, of Palase in Suryabinayak Municipality-9, Chheku Lama, 26, of Roshi Rural Municipality-3 in Kavrepalanchok, and Suresh Bastola, 46, of Kharipati in Changunarayan Municipality-6, DSP Jagebu informed. The police have informed that further investigation is underway against the arrested persons.
