A pedestrian was killed in a bus collision at Vanasthali Chowk in Kathmandu this morning.

He was currently living in Balaju Banasthali of Sankhuwasabha. Bagmati Province 01-006 B 7543 number of Ring Road-running Mahanagar Transport. Police Superintendent Apil Raj Bohra, the spokesperson of the district police complex Kathmandu that was hit by the bus, informed.
After Magar's death at the accident site, around 70-80 local residents gathered to search for the driver and demanded that the dead body not be removed immediately. About 35 security personnel have been mobilized under the command of Deputy Superintendent of Police Gyan Bahadur Bista at the scene where the removal of the bus and the body was prohibited. Even now, the body is still on the road.
According to the police, the bus driver who hit is absconding and the search for him and further investigation about the incident is ongoing.
