The police have arrested four people who cheated by saying that they will send them to different countries by offering attractive salary for foreign employment. They are 39-year-old Shanta Bahadur Vick from Pyuthan, 26-year-old Pralhad Khatri from Kavre, 44-year-old Mahamad Hatim from Siraha and 46-year-old Tara Basnet Tamang from Khotang.

It has been revealed that Vic took 6 lakh rupees from one victim saying he would send them to Canada, Khatri took 7 lakh rupees from three people saying he would send them to Qatar, Hatim took 3 lakh rupees from one person saying he would send them to Qatar and Basnet took 5 lakh 17 thousand rupees from one person saying they would send them to South Africa.
The Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office arrested them from various places in Kathmandu and Kavre on Thursday. The four arrested persons have been sent to Foreign Employment Department, Tahachal for investigation and action.
