Two people were killed and three others were injured in a road accident that took place at 1 am in Special Chowk, Budhanilkanth Municipality-7, Kathmandu.

According to SP Apilraj Bohra, spokesperson of District Police Complex Kathmandu, 3 people were injured in the accident. Among the injured, only 24-year-old Eric Pariyar of Gorkha Arupokhari has been identified.
His forehead and leg are injured. He is being treated at the University Teaching Hospital and is able to speak. Among the two more injured, one of the injured has injuries on his left hand and head, while the other person has a serious injury on his head, the police said.
Bhola Thapa, 29 years old from Siraha Jandah, died in the morning while undergoing treatment in the accident, police said. Another 35-year-old man (wearing black pants and a white T-shirt) also died at the hospital at the same time. But the police said that he was not identified.
