The police arrested the absconding defendant in the vehicular manslaughter case after 20 years from Gaushala.
The arrested person is 50-year-old Naniram Kharel of Sunkosi Rural Municipality-2, Sindhupalchok.
Kharel died on the road near Tilganga Eye Hospital on 25 Bhadra 2062 when a minibus numbered Ba 1 B 7144 hit 27-year-old Kamal Tamang of Nuwakot.
