Fraudster arrested saying 'I will reveal name in Asai'

Somkaushik Chhetri, who defrauded money by saying that he would give his name to the post of Assistant Inspector of Police (Asai), has been arrested.

Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office Teku arrested 47-year-old Chhetri, who was living in Kathmandu 15, from Kathmandu Nagarjun Municipality-7, Ramkot on Monday. 

According to Kazi Kumar Acharya, information officer of the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office, the arrest was made on the basis of a complaint that Chhetri had demanded four hundred and ninety-one thousand rupees. He has been sent to District Police Complex Bhadrakali for further investigation and action.
