But it has not been blacklisted yet. Commuters have started to suffer as the damaged roads are not repaired even during the rainy season. Local residents are complaining that the Metropolitan Corporation has been negligent.

The Metropolitan Corporation will bring the water of Rajkulo to the Saptapatal in Lagankhel and Paleswan Pond in the premises of Rajdal Gana  Pipes are laid here. Lotus Construction Company got a contract with the Metropolitan Corporation for 1 crore 25 lakh rupees on 20 June 2081 to lay the pipe. 

Similarly, Build Dob Builders Company got a contract with Division Road Office Lalitpur for 88 lakh 78 thousand rupees on 6th Chaitra, 2081. But even after a long time of pipe laying, the road has not been paved here. Because of this vehicle accidents have started to increase.

Now that section of the road is slippery when it rains and muddy when the sun shines. Common people are forced to travel at risk. According to Traffic Police Complex Satdobato, four vehicle accidents have occurred on these roads in Baisakh alone. Last time on Baisakh 9th in Batuk Bhairav ​​Mandir area of ​​Lagankhel. Even when accidents are increasing and the common people have to suffer, the concerned body Lalitpur Metropolitan Municipality and Divisional Road Office Lalitpur have not taken the initiative to put black paper on time. Madhu Rai, the owner of a grocery store in Dholahiti, said that due to the smoke, not only the businessmen were in crisis, but also their breathing was affected . "Unnecessary pain was caused by digging and neglecting it for months," she said.

Pradeep Paudel, the head of the infrastructure construction division of the metropolitan city, accused the division road office of delaying the construction of the road even though they completed the work on time.
