On entrepreneurship, innovation and empowerment of small enterprises, the 'Policy and Budget Dialogue Program' has been completed under the joint initiative of Nepali Congress Library and Party Study Resource Center Department and Entrepreneurial Congress.

He said that the government should pay attention to the construction and maintenance of infrastructure of public importance.
Central Member of Nepali Congress and former Vice Chairman of Planning Commission Dr. Govindraj Pokharel said that the young generation should try to find opportunities in their own country. For that, those who are sitting at the policy making level also mentioned that environment should be created and education should be made business-oriented .
