The police have arrested a person on the charge of defrauding money by saying that he will send money to Russia under the lure of attractive salary in foreign employment. The arrested person is 27-year-old Umesh Blon, resident of Lalitpur Mahalakshmi Municipality-4, who hails from Bara Jitpursimra sub-metropolitan city-16.

According to the police, Umesh took 340,000 rupees from 4 victims saying that he would send them to Russia and became incommunicado. Based on the complaint of the victims, the police team deployed from Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office Teku arrested him from Kathmandu Metropolitan City-12 Teku. 

Police said that the Foreign Employment Department has sent him to Tahachal for necessary investigation and action.
