The district court of Kathmandu has ruled that the claim for the case will come from the report prepared by the child psychologist and social worker of Kathmandu Metropolitan City regarding the abuse of girls.
The Metropolitan Corporation had filed a report and submitted a report to the court as a complaint regarding the sexual abuse of a girl studying in a school in the Metropolitan Municipality by her own father and her grandfather's son (brother).
District Court Kathmandu Judge Kamal Prasad Pokharel's bench has decided on March 3rd that the case of 'child sexual abuse' and the case related to 'child sexual abuse' will be filed.
The Metropolitan Municipality has been requesting that the report prepared by the child psychologist and social worker in consultation with the children regarding the children who were rescued from dangerous situations be considered public. On January 4, the girl contacted the hotline number 1180 established for the rescue of the metropolis and told about the violence from her own father and elder father's son (brother). The city immediately rescued the girl and kept her in a temporary protection center.
The metropolis had filed a report on this incident on 5th of December at the district police complex in Kathmandu. Based on that complaint, the case was brought to the district court in Kathmandu. But on February 19, the girl's mother took her daughter under the control of the metropolitan girl's school, the principal of the school, the protection organization and the head of the organization and took her hostage.
On February 25, the opposition along with the Metropolitan Corporation submitted details about the dangerous situation of the girl child, the process of rescue and the protection of the girl child. On the same day, the joint bench of Judge Anju Upreti Dhakal and Tikaram Acharya decided that there was no need to hand over the daughter to her biological mother as per the request of the petitioner. But the court had ordered the metropolis and the organization to make arrangements if the girl's mother demanded a visit.
