Patan High Court canceled the agreement between Pashupati Area Development Fund and Kathmandu Metropolitan City to operate Pashupati Gaushala Dharamshala.

Marwari Seva Samiti Nepal filed a complaint against the agreement made by the Metropolitan Corporation to operate the Gaushala Dharamshala last October 1. A writ was registered in Patan High Court. According to the demands of the committee, the court ordered on Thursday. With this order now Gaushala  Marwari Seva Samiti itself has opened the way to operate . The agreement between the

committee and the fund was reached on 12th June 2060 . But the fund sent a letter to the committee on July 17, 2080 stating that the agreement was broken. Against that, the committee registered a case in the Kathmandu District Court. The district court decided to accept the demand of the committee on 16 October 2081.

According to the same decision, on 22 October 2081, an agreement was reached between the metropolis and the fund to operate Pashupati Gaushala. Against that, the committee had filed a petition in the Patan High Court on November 1 with a demand to cancel the agreement. The court's order on the petition came on Thursday.
