Two people have been arrested for buying and selling brown heroin. Deepak Rai of Sunsari and Surendra Guwaju of Nuwakot were arrested by the police on Tuesday while dealing in drugs in a hotel in Machhapokhari, Kathmandu-16, along with 28.57 grams of brown heroin.

Both of them are being investigated by the police after taking permission from the Kathmandu District Court for drug-related offenses till the 11th.

According to District Police Complex Information Officer Police Superintendent Apil Raj Bohra, 20,000 cash, digital scales and mobile phones were seized along with two people along with narcotics and heroin in the 401 room of the hotel.
