A fire has spread in the Chandragiri hill on the border of Makwanpur and Kathmandu. A fire broke out on the Deurali hill under the road from Matatirtha to Kulekhani.

There are some hotels near that area. Beyond there is a resort operated by Chandragiri Hills. The local police have recently received information about the fire.

DSP Surya Prasad Subedi, head of Thankot police circle, said that they are going to mobilize the police to the place where the fire broke out.
