LRI School in Kalanki is going to organize the 8th Model United Nations (MUN) conference from Saturday to Monday. According to the statement, more than 400 delegates from outside Nepal are going to gather in the conference.

Information officer of the school Deepakraj Joshi said that in the program, knowledge will be exchanged between school and college students and experts involved in diplomacy.

This year's three-day conference is expected to discuss important issues such as climate change, international security, historical events and human rights. The students of LRI have received the Outstanding MUN Award from the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) in 2021 for successfully organizing the Model United Nations (MUN) conference.

Last year, the UNESCO representative for Nepal, Michael Croft, and other distinguished persons reached the conference.
