A study is going to be done to bring Javalakhel Sadar Zoo into operation at night as well. The study will be done to increase nighttime activities and increase the number of visitors to the zoo.

On the occasion of 29 years of management of Sadar Zoo by the National Conservation Fund, Chairman of the Fund and Minister of Forests and Environment, Ain Bahadur Shahi Thakuri, said that a study should be done quickly for that purpose. It should be,' he said.  In the

program, Chief of Lalitpur Metropolitan Municipality, Chirf Babu Mahjarn, raised the issue of studying the need to conduct the Jawlakhel Zoo even at night. At the same time, the minister expressed his commitment that the work of the study will be carried forward.

"I have seen zoos operating at night abroad," said Maharjan, head of the metropolis, "so let's study the possibility of Jawalakhel zoo as well." He also assured that Lalitpur metropolis is ready to operate a night zoo.
