The ward has informed that it has earned that amount from July to November of the current year. The ward has spent 2 crore 7 lakh 44 thousand 179 rupees during the same period.
This detail was given during a discussion with the residents of Ward 10 about the income and expenditure of Ward 10 on the subject of 'Good governance initiative in Nepal' organized by Transparency International. On that occasion, the ward president Ramkumar KC said that there is a possibility that the ward can spend 15 million rupees in the current year.
According to the ward secretary Suwodh Khadka, the highest amount of income has been collected from house restoration tax of Rs.63 million 37 thousand 444 . After that, he informed that 2 crore 16 lakh 46 thousand 626 for property tax and 1 crore 57 lakh 89 thousand 960 rupees for business registration were collected. According to
ward, Jatra Festival, health promotion center, educational reform of community schools, educational training for target groups, senior citizens and other programs have been conducted so far.
