The police have arrested a youth with banned drug tramadol from Nagadhunga check point. B.P. who was coming to Kathmandu from Kakkadvitta on Thursday. Tramadol was found in the bag of 22-year-old Akash Lambu, who was riding in the bus, when the passenger bus number 01 006 B 5945 was stopped and checked.
Police Superintendent Navraj Adhikari of District Police Complex Kathmandu said that there were 50 tablets of the drug Tramadol (500 tablets in total) in his black bag.
He used to live in Taplejung house and now he was living in Shankarapur Municipality, ward number-7 of Kathmandu. The official said that more investigation is being done by police circle Thankot about the arrested Lambu.
