The police arrested the absconding defendant in the foreign employment fraud case on Sunday. Among those arrested is Min Bahadur Magar, a resident of Udaipur Triyuga Municipality-8 Rajawas.
Magar was sentenced to 1 year, 3 months and 24 days imprisonment and a fine of 450,000 rupees by the decision of Magar District Court, Udaipur on 21 February 2074. The police said that he was sent to the District Court Udaipur for execution of the verdict.
