Prioritizing customer convenience, Express-T Company has extended the operating hours of its dedicated service center in Balkumari.
The service center will now be open from 7 am to 10 pm, i.e. 15 hours a day, the company said in a statement.
The company said that after the service center, which was previously open only from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, has been extended, most taxi drivers in the Kathmandu Valley will be able to easily avail servicing and repair services amidst their busy schedules.
The extended hours are expected to provide fast, convenient and reliable service with minimal disruption to vehicle operations.
According to the company, the same timings will soon be implemented at the dedicated service centers in Gongabu and Bhaktapur after Balkumari. It is believed that this will provide more extensive and convenient service access to Express-T users.
