The paid-up capital of Suryajyoti Life Insurance Company Limited has reached Rs 5.1 billion. According to the company, the life insurance fund is Rs 4,617 crore, total investment is Rs 5,120 crore and net worth is Rs 618 crore.
Meanwhile, the company has conducted a branch operation meeting on service excellence and compliance with the participation of branch operation employees working in branch offices across the country. About 200 employees, department heads and top management participated in the program organized at Lord's CBC Plaza in Bharatpur.
In the program, Deputy Director of Nepal Insurance Authority Padam Prasad Sodari provided training on anti-money laundering and prevention of financial investment in terrorist activities, while banking and insurance expert Manoj Kumar Bhattarai conducted training on service excellence. The company has stated that an interaction session was also conducted with the department heads.
The company's Chief Executive Officer Prakash Bikram Khatri said that the branch operation employees are the service ambassadors of the company and their performance will play an important role in brand value and business expansion.
Currently, the company is providing services through a network of 176 branches across the country. The company has stated that the service has been expanded through more than 1 lakh 7 thousand agents and more than 3.6 lakh 30 thousand insurance policies. It is also providing financial security facilities of up to Rs. 5 million against 35 fatal diseases.
