Kathmandu Nobel College of Health and Education Foundation Limited is going to conduct an initial public offering (IPO) of shares to the general public. The company has appointed Nabil Investment Banking Limited as the share issue and sale manager for the share issue.

The agreement was signed by the company's Chairman Nawaraj Pandey on behalf of Nobel College of Health and Education Foundation Limited and the Chief Executive Officer Manish Narayan Joshi on behalf of Nabil Investment Banking Limited.

Nobel College of Health and Education Foundation Limited's issued capital is Rs 3.5 billion. The company is going to issue about 28.57 percent of the issued capital to the general public through an initial public offering. The company has stated that about 71.43 percent of the shares will remain under the founder group.

The hospital, operated under the brand name Frontline in Old Baneshwor, Kathmandu, has a capacity of 100 beds. For further service expansion, additional capital is required for the hospital that is under construction with a capacity of 200 beds and is being built considering cancer diseases, said the company's Chairman Nawaraj Pandey.

The hospital is currently conducting educational activities including nursing and pharmacy targeting undergraduate students, the company said.

Nobel College of Health and Education Foundation Limited, which has been providing medical services and various educational programs, was established in 2062 Poush. The organization, which has an annual turnover of over 500 million, employs more than 200 employees.
