Digital ride-sharing service provider Pathao Nepal has been providing a 24/7 call center and live walk-in support service, prioritizing user safety and service quality.

According to the company, Pathao's 24/7 call center has been arranged to provide immediate support and solutions to any problems, queries or emergencies that arise while using Pathao. The company has stated that the call center is working to provide first response in cases of accidents, disputes, behavioral complaints, lost items, payment issues and other emergencies.

Complaints and emergency information received at the call center will be immediately forwarded to the Quick Response Team (QRT) or Complaint Resolution Team (CRT), if necessary, which Pathao claims will ensure quick and effective resolution of the incident. Along with the

call center service, Pathao has also launched a walk-in support center for users who require direct support. According to the company, the support center will be open from Sunday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm. Through walk-in support, drivers and customers are provided with direct and personal consultation.

The Walk-in Support Center will provide quick resolution to Pathao drivers' account-related issues, document updates, training, advice, security information, payment-related questions, and other service-related complications. The company said that this will help service users directly address their issues, submit necessary evidence, and facilitate the resolution process.

Pathao says that the walk-in support service will be very effective, especially for new Pathao drivers who have problems during the registration process, need to update documents, or have complex cases.

According to the company, the call center and walk-in support service have further strengthened Pathao's security, transparency, and service reliability. Through these support systems, Pathao has expressed its commitment to resolve problems that arise at any time and in any situation without delay or neglect.
