The Make in Nepal-Swadeshi campaign, run in collaboration with the Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI) and the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, is going to organize the Swadeshi Bazaar 2025 with the support and coordination of the Department of Industries.
The one-day exhibition to be held at the International Club, Sanepa on December 13 (Saturday) aims to promote quality Nepali products, enhance the capacity of domestic industries and enterprises, and provide market access to domestic producers under the concept of 'Products made in Nepal - Identity of Nepal'.
Free stall facilities for the promotion of small, medium and cottage industries and free entry for the general public are provided. It is estimated that more than three thousand people will participate in the exhibition.
About 40-50 industries and enterprises including agriculture and agro-technology, food and processed products, textiles and clothing, handicrafts and art industries, Ayurvedic and healthcare related products, decorative materials, tea and beverages, and other product manufacturing related industries will participate in the exhibition.
Through this, participating industries will be able to publicly display their products and services, communicate and interact directly with consumers, and conduct network expansion programs with potential buyers, distributors, business partners, and stakeholders.
Birendra Raj Pandey, President of the Confederation, believed that Swadeshi Bazaar 2025 would highlight the identity of Nepali industry, skills, innovation, and entrepreneurship at the national level and contribute to strengthening the national economy by promoting the consumption of domestic products.
With the Nepalese government adopting a policy to promote domestic products and industries, this Swadeshi Bazaar 2025 is believed to boost the morale of Nepali industrialists.
