A memorandum of understanding has been signed between Global IME Bank Limited and Shangrila Development Bank Limited to provide non-cash based banking facilities to the customers of Shangrila Development Bank.

The MoU was signed by Global IME Bank Limited Chief Executive Officer Surendraraj Regmi and Sangrila Development Bank Chief Executive Officer Suyog Shrestha. According to the

agreement, Global IME Bank will provide necessary non-fund based letter of credit, bank guarantee, document against payment, document against acceptance, trade transaction banking etc. to the customers of Shangrila Development Bank.
