Prabhu Bank Limited and Chhimek Laguvitt Finance Sanstha Limited have opened the sale of founder shares. Sealed bidding was opened from Tuesday for the sale of 9,882 shares of Prabhu Bank Limited and 244,480 shares of Chhimek Laghubitta Financial Institution.

The company has set a minimum price of one hundred rupees per share of Prabhu Bank Limited through Bolakbol. And the minimum price of shares for neighborhood microfinance institutions is set at 390 rupees per share.

When speaking for the purchase of shares, the minimum share of Prabhu Bank Limited is one thousand rupees and  A minimum of Rs 50,000 must be applied for the neighborhood microfinance institution. Applications can be submitted to Muktinath Capital Limited, who is the sales manager, within 10th of June.

Bidders or associations/organizations interested in purchasing shares should attach the registration certificate, tax payment certificate, a copy of the decision of the board of directors of the organization regarding the purchase of shares and documents proving that the organization has been profitable for the past 2 financial years with the application form.
