Lakshmi Intercontinental, the official distributor of Hyundai vehicles, has launched the Treta EV and the Made in Nepal Creta ICE. The company unveiled the two vehicles during a ceremony held in the capital on Monday.
Park Tae Young, the South Korean Ambassador to Nepal, also had a special presence on that occasion.
According to the needs of Nepalese customers, the Creta Electric and ICE models have been provided by the company. The starting price of Creta EV is Rs 51 lakh 96 thousand and Treta ICE Rs 53 lakh 96 thousand. The company said that the price is about 9 lakh rupees lower than the ICE model that will be imported in Nepal in 2025. The company claims that both these models feature an attractive design, excellent performance and a comfortable ride experience.
Creta EV has 200 mm ground clearance, 17 degree break over angle, 11 kW AC charging, can be fully charged in four hours, advanced safety feature, 6 air bags and 360 degree camera, the company said.
