It has been agreed between the flour mills of Nepal and India to move forward together on issues such as mutual technology exchange, production of technical manpower through technical training programs, and food safety.
On February 19 and 20, the Nepal Maida Udyog Association took part in the "The Future of Milling Vision 2030 and Beyond" seminar organized by the Roller Mill Association of India. The agreement was made on the same occasion. The association has been organizing seminars once in every 5 years. More than 600 maida flour mill companies of India and milling companies of other foreign countries, companies and experts related to food production, food safety, food management and food processing technology participated in the
event.
