A share guarantee agreement has been signed between Citizen Investment Fund and Myagdi Hydropower Limited.
The agreement was signed by Parbat Kumar Karki, executive director of the fund, and Bharat Prasad Nepal, president of Myagdi Hydropower, during a ceremony on Sunday.
Myagdi Hydro has entered into a guarantee agreement with the fund regarding the issue of shares worth Rs. It is mentioned in the statement issued by the fund that the period of the contract will be 6 months from the date of signing.
