An agreement has been reached between Sanima Bank and Nepal Clearing House regarding international payments. It is said that the agreement was signed between the bank and the clearing house to facilitate international payments to users of the Alipay network.
Under this agreement, Alipay users can make payments through domestic wallets in Nepal.
Besides, tourists coming to Nepal from China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Mongolia, Thailand, South Korea, Sweden, Italy and other countries can also use the payment service through the same wallet.
Tourists and Alipay users in Nepal can make payments using Nepal Pay QR and its interoperable QR, the bank has informed.
