Police have seized 140 kilograms of marijuana from a mango orchard in Mirjapur, Chhipaharmai Rural Municipality–1, Parsa.
According to the District Police Office, Parsa, acting on special information, a joint team from the Area Police Office Pokhariya and the Armed Police Force BOP Mirjapur conducted a search of the orchard at around 9:30 p.m. on Saturday night.

DSP Chakrabahadur Mall, spokesperson for the District Police Office, Parsa, stated that investigations have been intensified to identify and arrest those involved in the incident.
He said that the seized marijuana has been taken into custody and further investigation is being carried out under narcotics-related offenses.
