Laying the foundation stone on Thursday, rural municipality chairman Ashok Yadav said that the road will be constructed on time and that more than 20,000 citizens of this area will benefit after the construction of this road. 'We have a tendency to get a plan contract but not work,' he said, 'But, we will build this road on time anyway.'
