The four people were riding the Super Splendor motorcycle with registration number BAPRA-06-007 PA 0717, which was driven by Rohit Das. The motorcyclist Rohit is injured.

The three injured in the accident have been sent to Janakpur for further treatment after initial treatment in Jaleshwor. The condition of the injured is serious. Two have been kept in the ICU of the Provincial Hospital, Janakpur. The body of the deceased has been handed over to the family after a post-mortem at the Jaleshwor Provincial Hospital.
